Car want start sometimes like it flooded if touch gas pedal

Ok just bought the car drive it 100miles then started cutting off so I replace with all new parts listed electric fuel pump fuel filter idle throling position senor new plugs plug wires and new oil new air filter then said it drives and run smoothly at a steady speed when you go up a steep hill it JerKS and stall on me but put in neutral start back made it home that said I drove it the other night to a friend's house cut it off went to start acted like it wanted to start let it set for 45 minutes to and hour starts right up like a brand new car if I touch the gas what so ever trying to start it I have to wait a hour to hour 15before it starts again I checked the coil got my assignment shocked several times so any suggestions
