Car vibrating when driving on a slight grade?

Hi,

It sounds like you have a misfire. Does the check engine lamp turn on or flash? Does it vibrate when you are accelerating?

Also, if the check engine light stays on while the engine is on, you should have the computer scanned for diagnostic trouble codes.

If you don't have a scan tool, most parts stores will do it free of charge for you.
