car vibrates particularly on drivers side also making gargling noises this is when i am driving

when driving vibrates esp on drivers side gargling noises and the air conditioner heater not blowing at all replaced everything motor is working working when hooked up to battery

The noise maybe air trapped in the heater, ensure all air is bleed out, is the vibration a body or steering vibration?
