Car tries to start but no dice

I try to start my contour but cannot get it to fully start, it tries. I can do the old gas rag in the intake trick to get it to start but then it goes dead on me again. Everything else is fine but I just can't get it to start and run.

Try checking the fuel pressure and injection pulses-

You have a fuel pressure issue or the injectors are not getting power. Check fuel pump pressure to start. If you need directions, see our homepage under the DIY section. Also, placing a gas soaked rag in the intake is very dangerous. If there is a backfire, the rag will most likely catch fire. Be careful!

I checked my fuse box and my R1 fuse is busted! so I check the manual and it says thats the one that goes to the fuel pump!! can I replace this? if so with what?

Okay so my fuel pump relay is busted and I wanna know where my fuel injector relay is, maybe replace both?
