Car thumping

Ever since i reversed while turning out of a parking spot at the store last night my car wont accelerate over 3 mph without feeling like a jackhammer or something but if i ride the brake it's okay.

Can we start with getting a recording of this? I am sure we have an issue with the brakes grabbing but I am just not sure how this would have happened but hearing it may help identify what is going on.

Riding the brakes is just putting pressure on the pads and rotors so I figure we have one dragging so I imagine we will need to remove the wheels to inspect it but the first thing we need to do is lift each wheel off the ground and spin it to see if we can find which wheel the issue is with.
