Car Suspension Making Noise and Steering Problem?

Hi,
My car is Hyundai Accent Petrol, While drive off road some time suspension steering wheel makes wearied noise. Is it possible to give oil on suspension, What is a solution for this.

To make it sounds like you have a CV axle that is having issues which is common when you have been driven off road. Here is an exploded image of the suspension. Please go over this guide.

Check for looseness in the suspension components and remove the CV axle to check for binding in the CV joints. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
