Good morning,

Are there any codes?

If you have an EGR valve not seating, it could do this issue.

The fuel pump will not do this.

I would think that the injectors may be varnished up. Additives have no effect on the cleaning out of the varnish.

You need to have someone disable the fuel system and hook up a gauge and use cleaner directly into the fuel rail and run the engine on it until the can is empty. Then see if it still does it.

You either have a vacuum leak or possibly the catalytic converter may have a restriction.

A lot of parts with no result.
