Car stereo

I want to buy a double din car stereo, but am baffled by whether lane assist, car stats such as tire pressure, temperature, oil pressure and the such would work with my car. The Kenwood stereo I am considering has these features, but would they work with my car if my car is this old? I am planning on getting the backup camera installed too, but my car does not presently give temperature or tire pressure information with the factory installed stereo.
