This mean the PCM went out or the power for the injectors system has a fuse blown. In the under-hood fuse panel please check the INJECTOR/IG COIL fuse, with the key on see if it has power are is a guide to help and the fuse location as well. If the fuse is blown you have a shorted fuel injector. With all if the injectors unplugged replace the fuse then plug the injectors in one at a time to find the bad injector.
P0261 low reference voltage number 1 cylinder fuel injector.
P0264 low reference voltage number 2 cylinder fuel injector.
P0267 low reference voltage number 3 cylinder fuel injector.
P0270 low reference voltage number 4 cylinder fuel injector.
