Car slow to start and will not move

If I turn on the ignition to start the car, I hear it trying to start but takes a while (10 seconds or so), sometimes it won't start, so I press the button to turn it off and try again.
After this happens, I put it in Drive but it does not move an inch. I leave it for about a few minutes then try again, it starts and moves normally.
I suspected the battery was bad, so I changed it, but now the issue is still happening again. There's no stutter or anything that seems wrong with transmission. What could be the problem?

Do you know if your vehicle is equipped with the duel clutch automatic transmission?
Hyundai had some issue with those transmissions software, which would trigger all sorts of quirks and issues.

If you are not sure about the type of transmission, call a Hyundai dealership and provide them with your VIN. They will be able to give you that information.

If your check engine light illuminated? A lot of times with issues like this the engine light get triggered.

Yes, transmission is dual clutch. The check engine light is never illuminated.
I heard someone saying fuel pump could be responsible, but ECU has not revealed any codes.

The starring issue could be due to fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator.
But not being able to drive is a transmission issue.

The fuel pressure regulator should keep pressure in the fuel lines when the vehicle is off, so when you crank the engine it gets fuel right away and starts within few cranks. But if the fuel gets drained back to the tank, then you will have to keep cranking it until the fuel reached the injectors.

Only way to know if the pump or regulator is weak or not working properly is to do a pressure test.
