Car shakes when trying to accelerate

My car when I give it gas, when I let off it stops. just wondering what it could be. any help appreciated!

Hello,

This sounds to me like it could be a problem with the motor mounts. But to be sure I have included a comprehensive vibration troubleshooting guide for you in the diagrams down below. Please go through it and let us know what you find out.
