About a month ago my Chrysler started to idle erratically between 800 to 1700 rpm'sand occasionally shut off on me . At first I would start driving it and it went away right away. As time went by it gradually did not go away the transmission would slip or be stuck in a gear. Then it started doing the herky jerk (like a bad O2 sensor). Two days ago something new happened, the car started to shut down things that were not needed to drive it such as; power windows and locks no longer work, no dome light, no radio, no clock. My headlights work blinkers work dash light works . Along with that the car runs worse same herky jerky slipping transmission and occasionally stuck in gear. My battery is good alternator is good. I went through and cleaned all my ground connections unless I missed one perhaps. Ia m stuck and need a vehicle so I do not lose my job. I am desperate for some insight and would appreciate and feed back please and thank you.
If it matters at all no codes and as soon as I turn key to on position the horn beeps as if I hit my key pad to lock it . Weird

A couple of things first I would make sure the battery is in good condition which you can do by following this guide.

Next I would run the codes to see what comes up, it sounds like you mat have a bad BCM

Please let me know what happens.

Cheers, Ken
