I have the car listed above Grande Punto that has done 124,000 miles. I would like to know either if it can be done or how much would it cost to fully replace everything in my car? New better engine, clutch, suspension, gearbox, brakes, exhaust, anti roll bars, etc. I’m just wondering if it would cost the same as I am willing to pay on a new car. I would like to keep my current car and make it brand new if possible. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

To do that much work and do it correctly you would be spending about 3-4 times what a brand new car would cost. That is because a lot of those parts will need to be built to fit your car. To install the engine and transmission you would need to modify the front to accept that as well as buying and having those built. That alone will cost the price of a new car.
To make it run you will need a custom computer and wiring to make that all work. There are a hundred other items needed as well. If you are in an area that does vehicle inspections like an MOT it will not pass that as you have built a new vehicle.

Personally I would just keep the maintenance up and drive it and replace parts that wear or fail.
