Car radio not working

I assume your radio has been locked due to having a power interruption and needs the code entered. If this is the case, please see the attached document for instructions. If you don't have the code then you will need to contact the dealer to have the code looked up or other action needed.

Unfortunately for security reasons they don't store them anywhere but at the dealer. However, it looks like there is a website that you can pay for the code. I pasted the site below. I have never used them so I am not sure if it will work or not. You will need to remove the radio and get the serial number so you can get the code.

Other than that, you will need to contact a dealer and they can look it up for you. I would suggest doing this first because they may do it for free.
