clicking sound when trying to start?

My car it has a clicking sound when trying to start but eventually it will start after a couple of tries I don’t know what the problem is, but the check engine light is on.

Yep, this sounds like a classic weak battery I would remove it and take it to an auto parts store for testing; to be sure can you upload a short video of the noise it is making? Here is a video that can help you as well:
