car idle is high on neutral , and car dies on me . battery wire caught on fire after i drove it down the street not even half the block it died on me , saw some smoke and open up my hood . my car cable caught on fire so i blew it out and have to push my car to the side , but before that i had to start my car with some starting fluid cause it was starting . but now i replace my battery cable and it wont even start at all and the lights doesnt come on either , do u think my battery drained ? and do u it could also be my starter since the car just died on my randomly?

You need to get a mechanic involved. The starter doesn't do anything after the engine is running so it can't cause stalling.

YOU are the one to determine if the battery is run down. We can't tell that over a computer. The stalling is likely related to the dead electrical system. Your mechanic will need to determine if the battery cable overheated from too much current or if it was frayed and simply couldn't handle the normal current.
