Car not starting

While rotating key to start point, door locks get opened and fuel pump is not starting. That's why car is not starting. Direct supply to pump is working. What may be the reason for this? Door locks get opened while starting the ignition.

It sounds like the fuel pump or fuel pump relay had gone out. To be sure here is a guide to help test the relay and the relay location as well:
