Car loses acceleration after driving fifteen to twenty miles

After driving fifteen to twenty miles my car will start shaking pretty bad and lose acceleration. Does it four or five miles and then runs normally, Does not shut off. Already tried fuel treatments, changed plugs, plug wires and coil. Not sure what to try next. Also, the check engine light has not come on yet. Been doing it for five or six weeks.
