Car cranks no start, lights and radio comes in

My car wont start but all my lights comes on the radio comes on the horn and everything still works. If i try to start it there is just one little click. what does this mean? Someone said the starter, but i really don't know. can anyone help?

It is possible that the starter is faulty, here is a guide that can help with diagnosing it.
