Hi,
Does it run normally in all other gears? If you allow it to idle, will it stall? Does it always start right back up? Are there any rattles or strange sounds from under the vehicle? Does it happen regardless of engine temperature?
First, I would recommend having the computer scanned to see if there are diagnostic trouble codes stored. Here is a quick video showing how it's done:

Here is the interesting thing. When I started reading your post, the fuel pump was my first suspect, but it would happen in any gear, so I need to confirm that. Also, let me know if the check engine light is staying on or flashing when the engine is running.
