The driver side floor board soaking wet. is it my water pump and my heater core or water pump and hoses?

Good afternoon.
If it is on the floor, it could be either the heater hoses under the hood where it connects to the heater core or the heater core itself.
The water pump is in a different location and is not the cause of the issue.
