car horn on the steering wheel of my 2003 Buick Regal

Is there a place I can find a picture of how to change the car horn located on the steering wheel? I obviously have an old car and not much money...so I need it spelled out for me....I already checked the relay in the fuse box and the car horn fuse....they look alright to me.But I really need a horn...There are no other symtoms.

Did you try switching the relay with another one with the same part number?
