When accelerating or filling fuel tank engine hesitates

Hi,
When you fill the tank, do you top off as much fuel as possible? If so, it could be caused by fuel being forced into the emissions system.
If you look at pic 1 below, I highlighted where the fuel can go. If it gets into the charcoal canister, it can cause issues.
Let me know if this only happens when you fill the tank, if you are forcing more in after the pump turns off, and if the check engine light is staying on when the engine is running.
