Car defroster is not working on the windshield?

Hello, for some reason my heater is working on my car fine but when I switched the hot air towards the front windshield to clear fog the heat is not coming out.

This is caused by the mode actuator not working which is common. here are instructions in the images below to help you change it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
