What steps should be taken before an attempt is made to start this car? I can only imagine the oil is settled to the bottom, among other things. Please help. I can't get a straight answer from anyone. I am on disability and need this car as a back up for when my daughter drives me to the doctor. I cannot drive any longer, but I do need to have a vehicle.
