Car has an improper idling and RPMs fluctuate after starts?

Hi,
This vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help.
My biggest concern is that you smell fuel. Have you checked to make sure there are no leaks at the fuel rail, regulator, or anywhere under the hood? Also, check to see if there is anything under the vehicle that indicates there is a leak.
As I mentioned, the Sunny isn't listed in any of my manuals. However, I attached a pic below of a Sentra and highlighted areas I would recommend checking. Note that each fuel injector will have two o-rings, so check closely around those areas.
