Car door will not open?

I have seen people pour hot water over the door and latch area to help unfreeze it. Can you get the windows to work? If you start the engine and turn the heater on it should warm it up so it will start working again. Do the rear doors work? Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Windows work, rear doors work, tried to heat the car up and it doesn’t work. I’ll try the hot water and if that doesn’t work, I’m going to take it to an auto shop.

I would try to remove the inner door panels to see if the lock rods have fallen off the door latches, it just seems strange they would do this at the same time. You will need to remove the front seats to get at the panels. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
