Car doesnt make a sound when cranking.

We have a 2003 Ford Taurus SE. We installed a new radio a couple of months ago and haven't really had any problems with our car. If we didn't turn the radio off when we killed the car the door locks would lock and unlock continuously. We bypassed the whole security and electrical system when we installed the radio. Tonight we went to crank our car and it didn't even make a noise. The door mirrors blinked on and off and the radio turned on but it didn't do ANYTHING else. Lol but I don't know what to do now. We're stuck at my fiance's Aunt's house and I need help like immediately.

probably because the way you installed the radio has created the problems. try disconnecting it then try to reset security system to see if it will start. if no manual look online for your car on how to do it. also make sure battery is up to charge and no fuses underhood are blown.
