Car blinkers not working properly

Car blinker not working description: Sometimes left blinker doesn’t work. Sometimes it does. Right blinker and hazard lights always work. Pretty sure it isn’t the relay. Could it be the switch inside not making contact? Let me know, thanks.

Hi,

This sounds like it is the switch that is failing like you said. Here is the procedure for removing it. If it were me, I would replace this and then go from there but I highly anticipate this will fix it.

The other possible cause is the combination flasher has failed but this is not likely to cause just one thing to stop working.
