car alarm sounds and car will not start?

Hello,

It sounds like an issue with the immobilizer system.
So when the immobilizer activated you are unable to start the vehicle. It is a anti-theft protection device.
It could be due to a faulty module. Also it could just need to be reset.

Try this method to reset:
On your key for press the unlock button 3 times.
Then press the panic button once.
Lock and unlock the driver door with your key.
That should reset the system.
