Car alarm reset and key less fob programming

I tried programming a new key less remote to the used car I just brought but it is not working. I have tried multiple times but it has not worked. Now the car will not start at all. I am not sure if it is due to the alarm system or something else while trying to program the key less remote. What should I do?

Infinity (Nissan) used different makers of their remote systems. If yours is a smart key unit it gets interesting as the smart fobs look alike but are not interchangeable. As this all started when you tried to add a different remote I would recommend having an automotive locksmith take a look. They can test the fobs and reprogram the system directly and see if they are the problem or if it is something else. A dealer can do this as well but generally the smith will be cheaper.
