Can you please clarify this a little more?

When I drive my car and I press my brake then go to accelerate my gas pedal like jumps. I don't know how else to explain it.

you mean the car jumps? try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner if that doesn't do it then scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge

I've realized that it's anytime I brake then I accelerate the gas pedal like pushes back at me like a jump and now the car also jumps.... Thanks for your help. I'm just going to take it to a mechanic.

It sounds like you may have a broken engine or transmission mount.
