Cannot take my key out or turn off car entirely?

This happens when the key lock tumbler falls apart internally which is common, if the car is still running pull out the fuel pump relay and it will stop then you can disconnect the battery. before doing the repair, which are in the images below. I would get the unit from the dealer because they can program it if needed be sure to have your VIN number ready. Please let me know what happens. I have included the fuel pump relay location as well.
