Cannot open trunk or gas door with key fob or dash buttons

Hello,

This could be a problem with ground #404, which is located in the left rear of the trunk. Please check this ground and make sure there is no corrosion, clean, tight, and making a good metal to metal connection. This ground is responsible for completing both the trunk and fuel door circuits, as you can see in both of the system wiring diagrams that I have included in the diagrams down below. Please go through these wiring diagrams, check the ground and get back to us with what you find out.
