If I let my car sit for a day or so, it will start right up. But after u start it that first time and shut it back off I can't get it started again. I just changed the fuel pressure regulator however that didn't help at all. I thought it could be the head gasket but I don't have any leaks anywhere. And my exhaust blows white smoke that smells of pure gas

White smoke usually indicates that coolant is getting into the combustion chamber. Has the vehicle coolant level been dropping? Have you checked the engine oil to see if coolant is mixing there?
