cooling fan relay location

I cannot find the cooling fan relay. There are five relay's in the drive side.

I am trying to hook up the fan back into the system of the car so it can work the right way instead of using a toggle switch.

What was the original problem? Was it burning out a fuse link wire? Never turned on? Never turned off?
