Cannot find safe fuse to add other fused circuit?

Hi ,

I did test to my fuse box and found these constant 12 v power sources labelled by me (19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 29,30).
I can see the safer source for constant power source are 29, 30.
Are these safe to add other fuse through fuse tap ? Any ideas ??
These are the fuses in my car.
I want 2 sources with constant 12 v (not ACC) for mirror fold module and for add heat to side mirror.

If you do not have the mirror systems on "switched" power and leave the heated mirrors on it will drain the battery overnight FYI. I would try the ECU IG 1 2 fuse and the ECU IG 1 1 fuse (10 amp) in the fuse panel on the left side of the dashboard. Let us know how it goes.
