Where is the license plate light fuse located?

There is no separate fuse for the plate lamps. They are powered from the body control module in the passenger side kick panel. I would check the grounds and powers first. They run up and through the accordion boot at the top of the rear hatch and flexing can cause them to break inside that area. They get power on a White wire with a blue stripe and the ground is a black wire with yellow stripe. If the taillights on the hatch work, it likely isn't the ground connection as that is shared.
