Cannot fill fuel tank

I have seen a couple of these with this issue and they are not vent line issues. They normally get a leaf or something in the fill neck itself. However there have been some that the tank itself is the issue. Due to this being a new vehicle it may still be under warranty. You are a little high on miles so it may not be covered but if you take this apart, they will surely decline it if it is found that you "tampered" with it (that is how they will see it).
