I am attempting to repair my AC system after a bad accident I had several years ago. I have replaced the damaged condenser, installed a new drier, flushed all lines, condenser and evaporator unit. Removed compressor, drained oil, put new PAG100 oil in it, put new retrofit ports on for R134a. Vacuumed down system, verified no leaks. Charged with one can of R134a and started engine, turned on AC compressor. Low side pressure gauge on manifold went up to 130 psi and kept going up. I do not remember what high side gauge did but I think it was low, 100 or less. I shut it down, and left it overnight. The next day it did not completely equalize. Low side was 110 and high side was 100. Do I have a bad compressor?

From those numbers the compressor is not doing its job. Not surprising if it sat for a while empty, moisture in the air will do bad things to them. I would replace it with a R134A unit and try again.
