The transmission shifts just fine when the truck is off, but when running I cannot shift even with the clutch all the way to the floor. We recently changed out the clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing and slave cylinder, and bench bled the master/slave system. Also, the truck rolls when I start it in gear with the clutch down. What is the issue? I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions I have gotten and looked up. Anything helps.

check for clutch disc installed backwards and for a worn or bent release arm and release bearing installed correctly . make sure fluid in master is full and slave works properly.do not disconnect hydraulic line if you take clutch out just move out of way.
