I turn the key, the dash lights up and the radio comes on but when I try cranking it nothing?

I have the car listed above Lsi. It cranked (turned over) and started right up like it should repeatedly without hesitation. But the other day I drove it to work and when I got off the car wouldn't start. I turn the key, the dash lights up and the radio comes on but when I try cranking it nothing. It is a manual; I am pressing the clutch and yes, it's in neutral. Could it be the clutch, the starter, or neutral safety switch?
