Hi All,

I am hoping to change the solenoid on my 2002 escape. Any info on this change. Can I replace the solenoid pack on the CD4E transmission?

Hello,

Yes you can change the solenoid pack in the car it is located in the transmission pan on the front side. Here are some diagrams to help you get the job done and I will include a transmission wiring diagrams as well. Check out the diagrams #2 is the solenoid shift pack (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
