Unfortunately this information is not shared from the OEM. This type of information is figured out by the aftermarket and then it becomes public knowledge. So there is no way that we would know what this info is unless we had a scan tool that has the ability to read and alter this data. Most OEMs have this tool which is what their engineers use to write the data lines but again, they don't share this information.
Some OEMs have aftermarket interface departments that can help you do what you are looking to do but you would have to contact them directly. I know the USA OEMs do this type of info sharing but Mercedes may not.
