Been parked few weeks. Starts from first time. Just got a check engine light with no symptoms. Code p0348 for cam sensor.

Hello, that code is for one of the VVT position sensors. They are a 0-to-5-volt signal that goes to the engine computer (ECM) to give the position of the VVT at any given time. Since this is a V8 and has 2 Intake camshafts, 1 on each side or Bank of the engine, it can be either side with this code. The code setting criteria is seeing a high voltage signal for more than 4 seconds, meaning the sensor is not giving any signal really. Since the vehicle has not been run in a while, this might be a rodent issue. They love to chew on wires, that or possibly a corroded connector. I would start by just checking the connectors on the two sensors. Now they made the wiring colors for the Camshaft Position sensor and the VVT sensor on Bank 1 the same colors for some reason, so you'll have to use the 1st diagram and then the wiring colors to locate the VVT position sensor. But both of the Intake VVT sensors, Bank 1 and 2 will be in the same location on either side of the engine.
The wire marked VC (blue wire) is a 5-volt feed to both sensors, including the Camshaft position sensor. So, if the connectors are okay, check for the 5-volt s will be next.
The last diagram is connectors E52 and E53 in the driver side front engine compartment. Every blue wire there are 5-volts going out to all the sensors, you can check that also if you are missing the 5-volts at either of the Intake VVT sensors.

Where are the two camshaft position sensors? I only see on top of the valve cover on passenger side, not seeing any on driver.

If that's the passenger side, it's going to be a little further back from that. You may need to remove that plastic air intake assembly. Also is that blue wire I see a solid blue, or does it have a stripe down the side of it? I hope these wiring diagram colors are correct, I think you're seeing the exhaust VVT sensor there. There will be two VVT sensors on either side, so four altogether.

One of them had the connector on it and was not clipped, lights off, hopefully this was it. Looks like all sensors have been replaced before.

Yeah, that sounds like it. Just make sure to erase the code to clear it out of memory and you should be good to go.
