Where are the camshaft position sensors located?

I understand this motor has bank 1 and bank 2 and, on each bank, has sensor a and b. So, is bank one on the left or right when looking at the front of the engine? Is camshaft sensor on left or right of the bank?

If you are facing the engine the bank one will be to your left, the intake camshaft sensors are toward the middle of the engine while the exhaust sensors are at the outside of the engine. here are diagrams below to show you exactly where the camshaft position sensors are. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Thanks for the info which helped with the banks. So, is sensor 'A' the intake or exhaust cam and is sensor 'A' on the inside or outside of the banks? I really appreciate all the help!

No problem, the intake sensor is on the inside of the cylinder head, closest to the intake manifold. Can you please leave us a rating? (Copy entire link)
