Camshaft position sensor?

I need some help locating the camshaft position sensor on my 2003 Lincoln LS v8.

So the crankshaft sensor on this car is at the bottom of the engine towards the rear near the flywheel/bellhousing. Just below the oil pan in the open. Let me know if you can find it.

Your camshaft position sensor is located inside the distributor housing. However if it needs to be replaced, the distributor must be replaced as it is not normally serviceable.
