Camshaft position actuator position?

Those are reached from under the car. You remove the lower engine cover. Then you can access both sides of the exhaust cam sensors. Bank one is the right-hand side of the engine when underneath looking forward. The bolts get torqued to 5 ft lb.

So driver side?

Passenger side. Right and left are determined from setting in the drivers seat. That way it doesn't matter if the vehicle is a left hand or right hand drive. Left is still left.
