Water Leaking Exhaust Pipe?

Hello, the actual byproduct of the Catalytic Converter is water, so a little bit dripping out the muffler is normal. But not at the locations you are seeing it. There is a tiny hole in the Muffler only for water to come out, At the locations you are seeing it means those gaskets have failed. I think yes, replacing the gasket if there is one there, if not and it's just a bolt on, then replace the bolts, clean the surface areas where it contacts and bolt it back together. I say replace the bolts because they rust quickly anyway, and this will save on future headaches, I will look over service info for any gaskets that might be there and post the information here shortly.
Do you hear any exhaust noises louder than before? And do you live in an area that uses a lot of salt on the roads during winter?

In the 1st diagram, the last number highlighted in yellow is the Torque Spec in Ft Lbs. A regular torque wrench will read in (Ft Lbs), smaller ones read in (in lbs). I have also circled the gaskets for each location.

Yes, that would be normal if it was dropping from the muffler and yes maybe the gasket has failed due to rust or other factors. i would try to find a gasket if not then i may use some seals.

If parts are hard to get in your area, reuse the exhaust gasket if it's not damaged at all. There aren't really any seals you can use on the exhaust because they will just melt, the exhaust gaskets are a metallic based type for high temperatures. New bolts and cleaning the contact surfaces torqued correctly might take care of it.
