Cadillac upper tie bar radiator bracket

I cannot get the side tie bar out. I drilled all the pinch weld and pried the points where it might be stuck. The part number is 1342732. A link for a video or any help would be great. Thanks.

I would use a large pry bar and start working it out of the mounts. Make sure all mounting bolts and pinch welds have been chiseled loose.
